Just realized that I had rented from you before 2 years ago when we had you
pull a trailer into Osoyoos for us. I actually got your email off of the
nk'mip campground web site so never made the connection. Makes me feel alot

I'm just writing this quick note to once again commend you and your company on fabulous service. Our vacation went off without a hitch (no pun intended). Also, we'd like to get our name in the que for next year's summer holiday. As I mentioned on the phone, we are hoping to secure a unit for the week of August 11 - 18 and plan to continue to come to the Okanagan annually at that time. This year put a monkey wrench in our plans so I understand that I am at the mercy of whomever is currently booked for that week.

Everybody at RV Days,

I just wanted to drop you guys a quick line and let you know how wonderful a holiday experience my husband, myself and our three small children enjoyed due in no small part to the fifth wheel trailer we rented from you. From the moment we unlocked the door to the clean, and thoughtfully appointed 5th Wheel, to the second we left the unit in Reni's hands, and every moment in between, we were consistently met with one pleasant surprize after another.

I would also like to compliment you on outstanding staff. From the person we spoke with about booking the unit, to Reni, the pick-up man(as my kids called him), once again, you exceeded expectations. In a world where customer service is so often what sets companies apart from their competitors, you rise head and shoulders above them. You may want to consider expanding your fleet in years to come. From the fellow campers who inquired about your service for their family or friends, to all of the people we know in Calgary, we will unabashadly be singing the praises of our experience and most notably RV Days to them all. I have no doubt that many of our friends and acquaintenances will be calling for reservations for next years holiday season. You guys are definately a gem of a company that we are fortunate to have stumbled upon.

We wanted to send you a note to say thanks for being a part of our families fabulous vacation. From the second we arrived at Nk'Mp campground in Osoyoos, RV Days exceeded our expectations. Our trailer arrived exactly on time. It was everything we wanted and more. The campground was great, and offered all of the amenities. Your personal touch in making sure everything was okay, was truly appreciated. Your sincerity did not go unnoticed.

We enjoyed ourselves so much we would like to secure a trailer for next year. We really liked site 120 @ Nk'mip which is what we had this year, but feel we will need a larger trailer. We see you have a combo package on your Web site. Will this be available next year? Or something similar?

We would like to book July 30, 2005 - August 13, 2005. Can we do that now, or at what point do you take bookings for the 2005 season.

We camped at Okanagen South for a week in your 28' Corsair.
It arrived on time, was set up quickly and we were camping in no time at all
John was very helpful in explaining everything and we could'nt be happier with

"We stayed for 10 days in Osoyoos where it was 39 degrees during the day AND we had 2 small children. Camping in a tent would've been very difficult, especially with the children trying to sleep at night. If having the 30' trailer with great A/C, microwave, and all the amenities wasn't enough, we had a large bathroom with a separate entrance for us at night. What a fantastic time we had. Waking up in the morning and making a pot of coffee while the kids watched a movie was pure heaven. The kids (and us too!) slept well at night in comfort even during the thunderstorm. The trailers were well stocked with utensils and Rick did a great job of getting the our trailer and the couple we camped with setup just the way we wanted.

Martin, We have just returned from our vacation and wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your service. We arrived at our campsite at 2:30 P.M. and our Sante Fe Tent Trailer was all set up and waiting for us. It included everything that we needed for our stay. this is certainly the way to go if you do not own your own RV or Tent Trailer and we would highly recommend your company.
We just wanted to thank you for helping make our vacation easier and stress free! We have also booked our vacation again for 2004 and we would like to see if we could book the Sante Fe Tent Trailer for the week starting august 2, 2004. Please let us know when we can reserve.

Hi ! We just returned the 27' Gulfstream Trailer that we rented from you this past week and our experience could not have been better! The quality of your trailers, service and people (John and his wife) were wonderful. My sister had also rented the 24' Rustler from you the same week and had the same experience, our parents who met up with us were so impressed that they would like to rent from you as well next year. We would like to inquire on a couple of rentals for the 2004 year. The dates are July 24 - August 1, 2004. We will be staying once again at the Oxbow campground in Penticton.

I do not know if you every share customer satisfaction statements with other customers, but please feel free to share this.

You have definitely gone above and beyond in helping use rectify a problem we had with securing a site for our family vacation. It certainly was not our expectation, however when we called and spoke with June about our dilemma, we received nothing but a positive and helpful reception. I must say much different then with the RV Park where we believed we had a reservation
( back in January)
Anyway, we just wanted to extend our thanks to Marty and to June both for assisting us.
